Dr Sam Tseng
BDSc (QLD) MDSc (QLD)
Dr Sam Tseng graduated from the University of Queensland School of Dentistry in 1999. After graduation, he gained experience working as a general dentist in both the public and private sectors. While working for the Defence Force in 2002, Sam developed a keen interest in endodontology. After completing his specialist training at UQ in 2005, Sam worked for both the Brisbane Dental Hospital’s Endodontic Department and the Defence Force. He started Brisbane Endodontics in 2008. Sam remains actively involved in the wider endodontic community as a member of the Australian Dental Association and the Australian Society of Endodontology.
Outside of working hours, he’s kept busy with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid gardener, beekeeper and cyclist and spends his weekends tending to his organic garden and cycling all over Brisbane. Sam is a native Mandarin speaker with a good understanding of Cantonese.
Dr Quan Ho

Dr Quan Ho graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland Dental School in 2000. Following graduation, he spent the next 8 years working in both public and private general practice in Brisbane and London, during which he developed a keen interest in the field of endodontics. Quan returned to UQ and in 2008 completed a three year Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry in Endodontics. On becoming a registered specialist endodontist, Quan founded his own practice in 2009, Endodontics NQ, in Townsville (North Queensland). Quan has now returned to Brisbane and is looking forward to providing quality specialist care in the southern suburbs alongside Sam.
Quan has lectured extensively at UQ and to members of the Australian Dental Association; a testament to his passion to give back and support ongoing dental education. Quan is a member of the Australian Dental Association (Queensland) and its North Queensland sub-branch, the Australian Society of Endodontology and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Outside of endodontics, Quan is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is married with two lively young daughters who keep the rest of his time occupied.
